How to crack Tech Mahindra Interview

Cracking an interview is not that easy especially in the case of big MNC companies like Tech Mahindra. The hiring process of Tech Mahindra is different from any other company as they check both theoretical and practical knowledge of the applicant.

Process of the interview

Just like any other interview, it is also having four rounds in their hiring process. Before 2017 there were 130 questions in the written exam but now it has been reduced to 75 questions within 50 minutes. Let's get to know about each round in detail.

Round 1: Aptitude Test

In the aptitude test, there are three sections: quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and English. It is going to be an online test with no negative marking. You need to qualify the sectional cutoff for each section.

Round 2: Essay writing

Those candidates who will qualify the first round will be taken to the second round. You need to write an essay of 150-200 words on the given topic. You must keep a check on your grammar and can't make more than 5 spelling or grammatical errors else you will be disqualified. You will be given only 10 min for passing the second round.

Round 3: Technical interview

This round is considered as one of the most difficult rounds because in this round lots of candidates are disqualified. It is also known as the mass elimination round. Your technical skills should be strong to qualify this round. Along with it, you should have basic knowledge of the programs.

Round 4: HR round

It is the last and final round although it is not very difficult but still be focused more on your confidence, communication skills, and honesty. Don't try to twirl the answers just be straightforward.
