1) Explain what is Intel MCS-51?
It is a single-chip microcontroller (MCU) series. It is the first microcontroller of the MCS-51 family developed by Intel Corporation in 1980. It is used in the field of embedded systems. The microcontroller acts as the heart of the embedded system. It is a controlling device in which memory and I/O output component are present internally. It can be used in a compact system. Therefore microcontroller is more efficient. The microcontroller has many registers. Therefore a program is easier to write. A microcontroller has no zero flags. It is mainly used in washing machines, air conditioners, etc.
